【背景知識】

梅毒螺旋體是梅毒的病原體。梅毒是一種傳染性和傳染性系統(tǒng)性疾病，其特征是有一段時期表現(xiàn)活躍，潛伏期長達(dá)數(shù)年。梅毒傳統(tǒng)上分為后天性和先天性，每一種都根據(jù)疾病的自然病程進(jìn)一步細(xì)分。在獲得性梅毒中，感染通常通過性途徑傳播。梅毒的潛伏期為1至13周，但通常為3至4周。有活動性病變的原發(fā)或繼發(fā)梅毒未經(jīng)治療的患者感染率最高，在感染的前2年感染的風(fēng)險最大。幾乎身體的每一個器官和組織都會受到影響，包括大部分體液。超過80%的患者有粘膜皮膚病變，50%的患者有全身淋巴結(jié)腫大，約10%的患者有眼睛、骨骼和關(guān)節(jié)、腦膜、肝臟和脾臟病變。通常會出現(xiàn)輕度體質(zhì)癥狀，如不適、頭痛、厭食、惡心、骨頭疼痛和疲勞。先天性梅毒是梅毒螺旋體穿過胎盤的結(jié)果。臨床癥狀可能在出生時出現(xiàn)，但在3周至6個月大時更常見。梅毒螺旋體產(chǎn)生兩種類型的抗體：非reponemal抗體（reagin）和treponemalantibodies。ELISA檢測lgG和lgM抗體正成為梅毒診斷的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
